Farmhouse. Late C17 or early C18 origin. Later C18 recasing and
mid C19 N wing forming a square plan. Red brick. Plain tile
hipped roof. 2 storeys. E elevation has 5 1st floor sash
windows, the right one dummy. Ground floor has good early-mid
C19 wood verandah of 7 bays, returning for 4 bays along N side:
open fret pilasters and arches; coved roof; brick infill on
right side. Left side has 3-light French window with reeded
frame. Central door with radiating leaded fan and Gothic style
double leaves. N elevation has a C17/18 external stack with tall
base. S side has 3 C19 recessed sash windows and door with 8
fielded panels.
