Mill house and water mill. Mid C18, extended on W in early C19. Possibly an earlier core. Chequered and plain red brick. Plain tile roofs at rear, slate on front. Two storeys. Mill house on left is L shaped, the earlier part on the right, its entrance formerly on the West side. The West elevation has a floor band. Two casement windows to first floor. Three segmental-headed windows to ground floor, one formerly a door. Front range is two windows, the left side early C19 plain brick. Boxed eaves cornice. Casements except for sash on right. Early C19 doorcase with shaped brackets and open pediment. Mill block on right has two segmental headedcasements and a central two-storeyed sack hoist. Dentilled brick eaves. Front railings to house are cast iron with leaf-shaped spikes. Some mill mechanism intact.
