Numbers 45 and 47 were originally one property and are believed to have been the old dairy which dates back to the early 18th century. The exact date of the property is unknown but it is believed to have been built between 1714 and 1725. Both properties retain many of the original features (namely the oak timbers and decorative brickwork.)
