House. Early C19. Brick, colour-washed, slate roof. 2 storeys with
basement, 3 bays in symmetrical elevation. C20 panelled door with overlight
in panelled reveals and soffit beneath Ionic porch with entablature and
blocking course. To right, a late C19 canted bay with 4-pane sash and
flanking 2-pane sashes to left, a 2-pane sash with sill under cambered,
channelled, wedge lintel with raised, fluted keyblock. First floor: 12-pane
sash over door flanked by paired 4-pane sashes, all under channelled wedge
lintels with raised and fluted keyblocks. Bracketed timber eaves cornice.
End stacks, roof hipped to right. Matching pair with No 26.
