House. Early C19. Grey brick, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays in
symmetrical elevation with 2-storey single-bay extension to left. Glazed
and panelled door with overlight in panelled reveals and soffit beneath
Ionic porch with entablature and blocking course. To left, a late C19
canted bay with 4-pane sash and flanking 2-pane sashes; to right, a 12-pane
sash with sill under cambered channelled wedge lintel with fluted keyblock.
First floor: three 12-pane sashes with sills under similar lintels.
Bracketed timber eaves cornice, 2-light casement to roof dormer under
segmental pediment, end stacks. Roof hipped to left. Extension to left has
large open carriage entrance to ground floor and large C20 oriel window to
first floor. Hipped roof, end stack. Matching pair with No 24.
