Pair of cottages, now one house. Early C19 for the Yarborough Estate, with C20
alterations and addition to left. Chalk ashlar with red brick dressings and
stack. Pantile roof. 2 storeys, 4 first floor windows. Brick plinth, quoins
and surrounds to openings. Board door to left end, 12-pane sliding sashes and
C20 casement in blocked door to right end, all beneath segmental arches.
Dentilled brick eaves cornice. Hipped roof. C20 rebuilt central axial stack.
