Pair of cottages. C18 with C19-C20 alterations. Coursed ironstone
rubble with brick dressings, gables and stacks; pantile roof. Single
storey with attic, irregular fenestration. Walkers Cottage on the right
has central part-glazed door flanked by 12-pane sliding sashes. The
Rose Cottage has a glazed door on the right with 2 casements, 1 under a
wooden lintel, all other openings have segmental brick arches. 2 raking
dormers to the right with sliding sashes, another to the left with a
casement. All windows c1970 with glazing bars. Pantile roof, 2 later
end stacks to left.
