Early C19 brick. 2 storeys. Welsh slate roof and eaves parapet. Vermiculated
rusticated quoins. The whole now cement rendered. Two 3-light bays with hung
sashes with glazing bars flank the entrance. Dorcase of reeded pilasters with
ornamental animal mask capitals. Frieze with design of vine and grapes in relief,
semi-circular fanlight with ornamental tracery. Fielded panelling to jambs. Door
of 6 fielded panels. 4 steps. Plinth.

Nos 7 to 31 (odd) and the Avenue Hospital, stables and wall form a group. No 21
(including former No 19) is of local interest
