Mid C19. 2 storeys in yellow brick with stone eaves band. New asbestos pantile
roof, hipped. 2 windows, marginal glazing bars, band at cills and to top of ground
floor window of 3 lights and door of 6 panels, 4 glazed. Panelled reveals. Plinth.
Foot scraper. One composition with No 22 (qv). Included as part of a group.
Nos 14 and 16, 20 and 22 form a group with Nos 8 and 10 which are of local interest.
