House. Early - mid C19, with earlier origins to south front. Coursed
limestone rubble and squared blocks with red and yellow brick dressings.
Welsh slate roof to front, C20 clay tiles to rear. Double-depth plan with
2-room central entrance-hall front to south. 2 storeys, 3 bays;
symmetrical. Quoins, plinth. Recessed 6-panel door (4 glazed panels above
2 fielded-panels) and plain fanlight beneath wedge lintel. Recessed sashes
with margin lights and projecting sills beneath wedge lintels. Plain wooden
eaves board. Yellow brick end stacks. Left return, facing road: four
12-pane sashes beneath segmental yellow brick arches; coupled gables linked
by coped embattled brick parapet. Rear, facing Ings Lane, has red brick
quoins to left and sashes with glazing bars beneath segmental arches.
Interior largely remodelled in C19.
