Farmhouse, now house. Late C17 - early C18 with later alterations to stacks
and roof. Roughly coursed limestone rubble, smooth rendered; brick stacks.
Concrete tile hoof. 2-room central entrance plan with later continuous rear
outshut. 2 storeys, 3 bays; symmetrical. Board door and plain overlight
beneath segmental arch flanked by single C20 casements in original openings
with timber lintels. First floor: three C20 casements in original openings
with timber lintels; narrower window to centre. Later rebuilt single-flue
end stacks. Interior contains beamed ceilings and massive stack to right.
