Circa 1780. 2 storeys in red brick with pantile roof. Bracketed eaves cornice
and iron spouting cast with anthemion and lotus ornament. 1st floor has
3 near flush frame sash windows with glazing bars, and 1 blind window.
Gauged painted brick heads and stone cills. Ground floor has late C19
shop front occupying the position of 2 of the original windows, the I original
window and entrance doorcase with moulded architrave, frieze with centre
tablet, and dentil pediment. Door has 6 fielded panels and 3-light rectangular
fanlight. Plinth with bullnose edge.
