House in row. Late C18. Local lias stone cut and squared; clay pantiled roof between coped gables; stone and brick
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 12 panes in plain openings with slightly segmental arched
voussoired heads; to lower bay 2 a 6-panelled door with glazed toplight in heavy frame. Interior not seen. 2 metres
east of house, enclosing small garden, wrot iron railings with simple square points, and urn finials to standards, set
on dwarf stone walls; matching gate, all contributing to setting of house.
