Detached farmhouse. Circa 1700. Ham stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; double Roman clay tiled roof between high
stepped coped gables suggesting former thatch; brick end chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. To both levels of outer
bays 3-light hollow-chamfer mullioned windows with internal iron bars and some iron-framed opening lights, the lower
windows with labels; to upper bay 2 a 2-light ovolo-mould mullioned window, and below a chamfered cambered- arched
doorway without label, framing a C20 boarded door. C20 casement windows in east and west gables, and outshut to part of
rear. Interior not seen.
