Cottage. C17. Local stcne rubble with Ham stone dressings; double Romani clay tiles between coped gable to West and
abutment to East; brick end chimney stack, 2-storeys, 2-bays. Hollow chamfered mullioned windows, 3-lights bay-1 and
2-lights bay-2; between them cambered arched doorway with incised spandrils; continuous string course over windows and
(raised over door; above small-pane casement windows of 3- and 2-lights. Interior not seen. Front boundary wall 1.5
metres from house with return on East side, of cut and squared stone with flat slab coping, about 1 metre high; to
central gateway true truncated pyramidal caps.
