Farmhouse. C18 features, core possibly earlier. Colourwashed rubble, double Roman tile roofs, C20 brick stacks. L-plan,
3 bays to each wing, sash windows with glazing bars, flush frames, exposed sash boxes, 12 and 16-lights. Wing to right
with central ashlar porch with keyed opening and cornice; chamfered stone framed inner opening, 6-panelled door.
Triple-light sash window to a rear elevation.
