(Incorrectly marked on OS map as Gough House) House. Dated 1840 on an incised beam in the roof. Doulting ashlar,
returns of coursed and squared rubble, end pilasters with vertical grooving, modillion cornice, parapet with plain
coping, hipped slate roof, large ashlar stack with modillion capping. Symmetrical frontage, Regency style villa; 2
storeys, 3 bays, 12-pane sash windows with additional margin lights in moulded architraves; centre bay projects
slightly. Central semi- circular head door opening, 4-panelled door, fanlight with radiating glazing bars; stone
portico, twin Tuscan columns, pilasters to wall, flat entablature, modillion cornice, blocking course.
