Farmhouse. C17, early C19 alterations, further C20 work, Coursed rubble, large rough-hewn quoins, double Roman tile
roof, coped verges, end rubble stacks. Two storeys, 2:2 bays, 16-pane sash windows in plain dressed stone surrounds;
3-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned window to right of ground floor, stopped label. Door opening between the bay
sets, C19 half-glazed door in a moulded 4-centred stone surround, dripmould. Wing at right angles to rear. Postulated
as the manor house of East Compton.
