Farmhouse. C17. Red sandstone random rubble, rendered facade, double Roman tiled
roof, brick stack right gable, and to right of cross passage. 2 storeys, 5 bays;
remains of C17 ovolo moulded windows in ground floor left 2 bays with C19
casements, other C19 wooden casements, top right 3-light leaded casement. C20
partially glazed door in centre. Contemporary outshut at rear, staircase turret.
Interior: reputedly contains jointed crucks, wooden partion between house and
outshut, chamfered beams with step-and-runout stops. (VAG Report, unpublished
SRO, February 1973).
