II Spearcey Farmhouse.
Farmhouse. Probably C17, altered early Cl9. Roughcast over rubble, slate roofs, coped
verges, large external brick stack left gable end. L-plan 2-cell and cross passage with
wing at rear, agricultural range set at right angles. Two storeys, 3 bays C19 3-
light wooden casements, central flat roofed wooden Doric porch, left return
2-bay wing, first floor early C19 3-light leaded iron casements, ground floor
C20 metal windows. Interior not seen, but may contain features of interest.
