Cottage. Dated 1774. Coursed squared ironstone, asbestos tile roof, C20 brick
end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Central 4-panel door with
timber lintel. Stone above inscribed WT/1774. 3-light C20 aluminium casement
windows to ground and first floors with timber lintels. C20 garage extension to
right. Interior has die-stop-chamfered spine beams and open fireplace with bread
oven and die-stop-chamfered bressumer. Roof has central collar truss with
clasped principals.
