Shops and offices, formerly house. Early to mid-C19. Stucco. Three storeys,
five bays, the three central ones projecting forwards. Facade symmetrical,
with a dentilled cornice and a blocking course which has acroteria over the
central bays. Ground floor altered. Outer bays have chamfered rustication
and are flanked by paired Corinthian pilasters. Windows have architraves.
Those on the first floor have floating cornices except for the central one,
which has a cornice on console brackets. On the first floor there is a sill
band to the three central bays. Windows sashed with glazing bars, with some
of the glazing bars removed from the lower sashes.
