Formerly Prince of Wales Public House. Block of 4 cottages, now 2 houses. Dated
1812 on central plaque altered as PH in mid C19. Grey brick. 2-storeys, with a low
pitched tiled roof and overhanging eaves. Right-hand half (Nos
13 and 15) shows original arrangement of a handed pair of
cottages each with 2-windows on upper floor and one on ground
floor with doors separated by the lower windows. Ground floor of
No 17 modified to give 2 larger sash windows flanking a central
door. Flush moulded frames under flat gauged arches. Central
blind recess with date panel. Yorkshire sliding casements with
small panes, replaced by casements above and boxed sashes in Nos
13 and 15. Panelled door in moulded case. Door of No 13
blocked.
