Former rectory, now private house. Possibly late C16/early C17.
Coursed rubble stone, stone slate roof, very large stone ridge
stack with diagonally set large ashlar flues to left of centre.
Single range with single storey rear extension probably of early
C20, two storeys and attic. Right hand extension of C19 now No 15
(q.v.). Three cross gables each originally one window on each
floor. Two-light stone mullion with square hoodmould to each
gable, 3-light similar on first floor with inserted C19 two-light
stone mullion between centre and right. Ground floor has original
3-light to left, three 2-light C19 stone mullion and transoms to
centre, plank door in stone Tudor arch with square hoodmould and
adjacent short 4-light stone mullion and transom with square
hoodmould to right, all C19 work on ground floor with relieving
arches. Rear facade has original fenestration. C19 two-storey
canted bay on south west end. Newel stair round stack, directly
behind back door.
Interior not accessible but likely to be of interest.
