Detached farmhouse. Coursed squared and dressed limestone, concrete tile roof. Late C17-early C18 and C19. Rectangular main body with C19 extension onto left gable-end with outshut projecting forwards at front.

Main body; two storeys and attic lit by full dormers with two-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements, stopped hoods and horizontal glazing bars. Three windowed facade lit by three- and four-light double-chamfered, stone-mullioned casements with stopped hoods and horizontal glazing bars. Central C20 front door with glazing bars in plain surround with keystone. Two-light C20 metal casement with keystone right. Triple gable-end stacks with moulded cappings to main body with moulded kneelers. Gable-end stack at lower level to C19 extension. Interior not inspected.
