Inn and hotel. Mid/late C19. Random coursed rubble stone with
flush quoins and dressings, sprocketed stone slate roof, stone end
stacks with offset and moulded cornice. 'L'-shape range with C20
extension to rear and in rear angle. Tall 2 storeys and attic.
Three windows, paired long casements in flush quoin and lintel
surrounds. Two gables and central gabled dormer, each with long
single casement. Ground floor has 3-light similar flanking gabled
porch with 4-centred archway and vertical battened door. Included for
group value.
