Formerly two cottages, now one. Late C18-early C19. Coursed squared and dressed
limestone with dressed stone quoins. Stone slate roof with ashlar and brick stacks.
Rectangular main body with later extensions at both gable ends. Flat-roofed
extension projecting forwards front let, not of special interst. 1½ storeys with
two 3-light C20 wooden casements with horizontal glazing bars with segmental-headed
surrounds, to the ground floor. Single-pane fire-windows far right and far left.
Two 2-light eaves dormers to the first floor. C20 plank door off-centre right within
a segmental-headed surround with a gabled canopy supported in wooden brackets.
Similar doorway (now blocked) to the left now obscured by foliage. Single-storey
extension to the right with a single-light steel casement and glazed door, both
with horizontal glazing bars. Gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
