Dwelling, formerly two. Early C19. Painted brick and stone slate roof, swept down at
rear. Two brick stacks, one central, one right gable. Two storeys, 2+2-windowed, all
2-light casements, segmental heads to ground floor; no doors to street front, modern
glazed door in back lean-to. collar roof with heavy purlins, wide open fireplace
ground floor, right.
