Dwelling, attached to Sandpits House (q.v.). Late C18. Pebble dash, concrete tile
roof, stone moulded cornice returned c450 mm at gables. Two storeys and attic,
3-windowed, sashes with glazing bars, central 6-panel door in stone Doric doorcase
with pediment. Large late C20 dormer. Interior: shutters to ground floor windows.
