Dwelling, formerly farmhouse. C17. Brick, stone slate roof. A long block with very
steep roof, stack with lobby entrance slightly off-centre, right; small modern
parallel range, back. Two storeys, 4-windowed, all late C20 steel casements but under
C18 rubbed brick arches with small keystones, the brick voussoirs carried on wood
Clintols to first floor windows. Late C20 door and porch to bay 3. Groups with former
Malthouse (q.v.), very much modified.
