Farmhouse. Early c19. Coursed and squared limestone, stone slate roof but con-
crete tile at back. Two storeys and attic, three windows; three 2-light over
two 3-light chamfered mullion stone casements flanking large 6-panel door
including 2 oval lights and 2 panes of glass, set in Gothick porch with battle-
ments, up 3 steps to an arched opening. Right gable has 2-light casement to
attic; left gable similar, also gabled porch to 6-panel door. Continuous lean-
to at back has 2-light window to cheese-room over 3-light. Windows with leading
upper floor. Interior has large C19 fire at entrance end, and some heavy cham-
fered beams to the lean-to section.
