Former detached house, now flats. c1800; later C19 additions.
Ashlar and coursed rubble limestone; artificial stone rebuilt
chimneys; Welsh slate roof. Two-storey with attic. North
front: central block is ashlar-faced, 3-window fenestration.
Outer 2-storey bows each have 3 curved 12-pane sashes per floor,
divided by Tuscan columns. Central Venetian window with pilasters
and moulded architrave, sash with glazing bars. Plain sill bands.
Central doorway with dentil-enriched pediment and attached Ionic
columns; glazed 6-panel door. Moulded cornice with blocking
course; hipped roof. Lower additional flanking wings with mixed
fenestration. West end: partly rebuilt on ground floor, 2 large
tripartite sashes each with rendered lintel; 4-pane sashes above.
Various gables to rear, mixed fenestration. Interior not
inspected.
