decorative chimneys pots. L-shape range with square main house of
2 storeys and probably service range and stabling to north of

floor sill band. Two similar windows to ground floor and central
attached stone porch with 2 Doric columns, open pediment, semi-

fielded panels. Wrought iron railings run in L-shape from south

approximately 25-30m to join perimeter wall at quadrants in plain
spear head pattern with alternate half-height similar railings, and
with trefoil head approximately every eighth railing, set into
shaped stone plinth. Perimeter wall in brick with plain stone
coping, linked to north end of service wing and curving round to
north west of house, running south for approximately 45m. Wrought
iron 8-bar wide entrance gate set back between 2 quadrants set
between 2 square brick piers with stone caps and plinth, about 2.2m
high on main wall, about 2m high flanking gate and with plat band
halfway up. Quadrant sections also have stone plinth. Wall runs
on again for approximately another 8m. Height of wall varies from
about 2m at southern end, stepping up 3 times to about 3.5m at
