Circa 1800. Brick building of 3 storeys, 5 windows. Low pitched, hipped,
slate roof with deep restored modillion cornice. Slightly projecting centre
section. Gauged, flat, brick arches to recessed sash windows with glazing
bars. Centre windows and door given reproduction classical treatment,
in stone. 2-storey, 2-window left extension in similar style, with classical
doorcase.
Nos 1, 2, 3 and 5 with No 1 Chapel Street form a group.
