2 cottages. C17 or earlier with later alterations. Timber framed and plastered
with some painted brick facing. Red plain tiled roofs. 2 storeys. L-plan. 3
red brick chimney stacks. 2 window range first floor, 1 to ground floor of
various casments. C20 part glazed doors to left and right returns. Interior
with heavy bridging joists and some exposed timber. Centre newel to staircase.
At one time used as the village workhouse.
