House. C18, altered in C19. Timber framed, plastered, roofed with slate and
handmade red plain tiles. Front range facing NE, with stack behind axis. Rear
wing with axis at right angles to that of front range, with central stack. 2
storeys. Ground floor, one late C19 bay of sashes of 2-4-2 lights. First
floor, one early C19 sash of 16 lights. 6-panel door, with moulded and fielded
panels, the top 2 glazed, in doorcase with panelled jambs and soffit, and
moulded flat canopy on foliate carved brackets. Plain parapet. The main range
has a low-pitched roof of slate. The rear range is tiled, hipped at the front
end only; its right return has on the first floor 2 early C19 sashes of 16
lights with crown glass.
