Barn. Circa mid C16 with later additions. Timber-framed,
weatherboarded. Plain tile roof. Seven bays with midstrey to 3rd bay
from west; The westmost bay is a probable C20 addition; the two
eastmost bays are a probable addition of late C16 date. Jowled post
with mortices for down braces to the sole plate. Edge-halved and
bridled scarf to wallplates. Arch braces to cambered tie beams. Queen
post roof with cambered collars, clasped purlins and windbraces.
Trenches for wattle and daub to wallstuds. Midstrey with chamfered
pegged knee braces and C20 roof; opposing low door. Two east bays
floored into soffit tenon with diminised haunches.
