TL 90 NE BRADWELL-ON-SEA WATERSIDE ROAD

GV II

Cottage. Late C17 with later alterations. Timber framed, red brick faced. Red
plain tiled gambrel roof. Red brick chimney stack. Iron S tie to left.
Buttress to right angle. One storey and attics. One gabled and 2 catslide
dormers. Four 2 light square leaded casements with segmental heads. C20 glazed
door to right with C19/C20 shutters. Red tiled gabled porch to right return.
Exposed ceiling beams and through bracing to walls. Interior features include
red brick angle fireplace with semi-circular back, chamfered bridging joists,
halved and bladed top plate scarf.
