TL 90 NE BRADWELL-ON-SEA WATERSIDE ROAD

GV II

Cottage. Late C17. Timber framed. Red brick faced. Weatherboard return.
Dentilled eaves cornice. Red plain tiled gambrel roof with later outshot to
rear. Red brick chimney stack. One storey and attics, with C20 single storey
rough rendered right extension. 2 gabled dormers with 2 light small paned
casements. 4 window range of various casements and vertically sliding sashes
with glazing bars, segmental heads. Door to return. Complete original frame
intact with carpenters marks exposed on some walls. Original staircase by
chimney stack. Back to back fireplace with one brick fireplace and mantel beam
over exposed.
