House. now 2 houses. Dated lintels: 1657 and 1658, later alterations and
additions. Roughcast stone with slate roofs. North elevation of 2 storeys
with attic, 2 bays; 2nd bay projects under gable. 1st bay has sash with
single glazing bars to 1st floor; 2nd bay has single-chamfered-mullioned
windows, of 5 lights to ground floor, 4 lights to 1st floor and 3 lights
to attic, small lights to returns. Entrance to 1st bay has embattled lintel
dated 1658 and label mould, door has overlight. West elevation has large
projecting lateral stack with 2-light windows to right over small porch,
entrance lintel dated 1657. Rear wing has outshut to west, casement windows
and cross-axial stack. East elevation has large C19 3-light windows with
transoms, to south, a round-headed stair window and lateral stack. Interior
has chamfered beans.
