Farmhouse. Probably C17 with later alterations. Stone rubble, the house
roughcast. Slate roof. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Ground floor has sashed window
with vertical glazing bars to 1st bay; 2nd bay has 2-light casement ;
3rd bay has large window with small-pane fixed glazing and opening light;
4th bay has late C19 bay window with cornice. 1st floor has 2- and 3-light
casements with transoms, that to 1st bay in gablet has leaded glazing, 1st
bay has round-headed entrance in gabled porch; 3rd bay has entrance with
half-glazed door. 2 cross-axial stacks and gable-end stack. Outbuilding to
left has entrances with 2 pivoted doors and similar loading door. Small
outbuilding attached to angle to right. Rear has 2-storey outshut under
catslide roof with sashed windows and gabled wing has windows with small-
paned fixed glazing.
