House. More than one build: 1719 date, with initials WB & BB on panel over door; 1764, with initials RB & IB in second panel. May incorporate earlier work; later additions and alterations. Wet dashed rubble. Graduated slate roofs with rendered end chimneys. 2 storeys, 7 bays (4:3) overall. Property subdivided at time of survey (1986) but in same ownership. 4-bay house on left has plank door with 1719 slate datestone above; 2 windows to left, one to right and 4 to first floor. 3-bay house on right has part-glazed door with cornice carried on consoles; window to right and 2 to first floor. 1764 dated panel centrally between floors; cavetto eaves cornice. 4-bay house said to retain 1635 court cupboard; stop chamfered beams and inglenook in kitchen.
