House. C17, altered in C19 and C20. Timber framed, roughcast, roofed with
handmade red clay tiles. 4 bays facing SW, with axial stack in second bay from
right end, and C19 axial stack one bay from left end. Rear wing behind main
stack, and single-storey extension beyond. Stair tower in left rear angle. 2
storeys. Ground floor, one early C19 sash of 12 lights, other windows and most
of front wall missing at time of survey, July 1984. First floor, 3 C20 sashes
of 12 lights. C20 glazed door at front of large C20 large gabled porch. The
interior has chamfered axial beams with stops of different types, enriched forms
of lamb's tongue. RCHM 45.
