House. Early C17. Timber framed, plastered, roof thatched. 4 bays facing S
with chimney stack against rear wall in second bay from left end, forming a
lobby-entrance. C19 extension to rear of left end, in red brick and flint, with
plain and scalloped red clay tiles on roof, and end stack. Single-storey lean-
to extensions in rear angle and at right end. One storey with attics. One C20
square bay and 2-window range of C20 casements. Door at front of C20 tiled
gabled porch. Grouped diagonal shafts. The interior has some exposed studding,
chamfered axial beams and exposed plain joists.
