Farmhouse, now farmhouse and cottage. Dated 1747. Coursed squared limestone with
gritstone dressings, quoins, moulded kneelers, coped gables, intermediate and
end ridge stacks, two with moulded caps, plain tile roof formerly stone slated.
L plan. Two storeys, three bays with 2-light flush mullioned windows with
extended lintels and cills. Four paned frames, sashes and casements. Two
doorways, that to west with massive quoined surround and flat hood on moulded
brackets, that to east with Gibbsian surround. Plaque above west door dated 1747.
At west end, lean to outbuilding with gritstone quoins and verges, and tiled roof.
