Early C19. Red brick with tiled roof. 3 storeys, 2 windows; ground and lst
floor large sashes with glazing bars, top floor sashes with vertical glazing
bars only, with keystones. Doorway has large flat hood supported on brackets,
panelled pilasters and architrave, 6 panelled door.
All the listed buildings on the East Side of Buxton Road form a group at the
north entrance to Ashbourne.
