Early Cl9. Red brick with tiled roof. 3 storeys. One window, ground and 1st
floor with large sashes which have glazing bars. Top floor, sash, vertical glazing
bars only with keystone. Door has brackets supporting cornice, panelled pilasters
and architrave.
All the listed buildings on the East Side of Buxton Road form a group at the
north entrance to Ashbourne.
