House. Mid C18 with minor C20 alterations. Coursed squared gritstone with grit-
stone dresings and raised quoins, plain plinth and moulded eaves cornice. Steeply
pitched plain tile roof with stone ridge and stone gable end stacks, also stone
coped gables with moulded kneelers. Two storeys, two bays. Flush quoined doorcase
to east with rounded top corners, large bracketed stone hood, and C20 stable door.
To west two raised 2-light square sectioned mullion windows. Above, two similar.
All fenestration C20 small pane casements. Large bracketed stone fireplace with
moulded hood to front room.
