Early C18 farmhouse of 2 storeys in coursed stone with roof mainly of stone slates.
Dated I H 1706 to shaped lintel of former doorway, now blocked, which is below a
round-headed window in splayed reveal. 1 window to the right above a modern penticed
extension. Projecting wing to the left, the former salthouse and pantry, has 1
window over 2 to the gable end, which has rusticated quoins. Present doorway with
stone lintel to the left of the main block. Heavy chamfered ceiling beams to interior.
Attached barn in stone with stone slate roof of C18 date.
