C18 origins. 3 storeys in painted small coursed stone with larger stones at quoins. Main elevation has 1 window above 1 above coursed stone and stone slated penticed extension with window. Formerly hoist doors to this elevation when the premises were used as a mill. Door in angle with modern glazed porch. Side elevation of 1 window with modern glazing bars above modern rectangular bay. Included for group value with No 42, of which it was formerly a wing.
